Finatal is working with a well-established multi-site business generating £100m in annual revenue, seeking an Interim FP&A Manager to join their London-based team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, providing critical financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Deliver detailed analysis and insights into financial performance, identifying key trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with senior leadership and operational teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Support strategic initiatives, including scenario modelling and business case development.
- Enhance and streamline FP&A processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial information.
About You:
- Proven experience in an FP&A role within a multi-site business.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent communication and business partnering abilities.
- Ability to operate at pace and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
