Role Overview:
As a Financial Modeller, you will play a critical role in shaping strategic decisions through advanced financial analysis and modelling. Reporting to the CFO, you will support growth initiatives, and private equity reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain robust, dynamic financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic planning.
· Analyse business performance metrics (e.g., revenue growth, KPI reporting) and provide actionable insights.
· Support M&A activities by modelling potential acquisitions and their impact on the group’s financials
· Assist in cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization to align with the growth strategy.
Qualifications & Experience:
· ACA, CFA, or CIMA qualification (preferred)
· Proven track record in financial modelling within a high-growth or PE-backed business.
· Strong understanding of private equity dynamics and key value drivers.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools or ERP systems.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
· Highly adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
