Finatal is working exclusively with a high-growth, private equity–backed SaaS business to appoint an Interim Group Financial Controller.
Key Experience:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong financial control and reporting experience.
- Must have thorough experience in a SaaS business.
- Private equity exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the group financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Manage and improve the month-end close process across the group.
- Oversee statutory reporting, audit processes, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Strengthen financial controls, processes, and governance across the finance function.
- Partner with senior leadership and private equity stakeholders to ensure high-quality financial information and reporting.
