An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Group FP&A Director to join a dynamic, private equity-backed global business undergoing significant transformation. Reporting to an accomplished Interim CFO and working closely with a leading Interim Transformation Consultant, this role is central to driving the company’s strategic and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the centralisation of financial data across operations in over 40 countries, ensuring streamlined processes and improved data quality.
· Consolidate and present clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders, including board-level executives.
· Collaborate on multiple transformation initiatives, supporting system implementation and process optimisation projects.
· Act as a key liaison between finance and operational teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
· Proven experience in a senior FP&A or financial leadership role, ideally within a private equity-backed environment.
· Demonstrated expertise in financial consolidation, data centralization, and stakeholder reporting across complex, multinational organisations.
· Strong background in supporting transformation projects, particularly around systems implementation and operational improvement.
· Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and translate complex data into actionable insights.
