Finatal is working with a leading mid-market investor who require an experienced interim Group Treasurer who will drive change throughout their leading industrials business that has recently been carved-out from a U.S. corporate. This triple-digit EBITDA company which is market-leading in their respective industry is searching for an experienced professional who will set up the treasury function from scratch, implementing controls and processes where necessary whilst working on all finance activities such as refinancing, capital raising, and debt restructuring.
You’ll be working closely with senior management and lenders to make crucial executive decisions and drive further change throughout the business which has recently undergone a period of rapid growth. The CFO, who has an abundance of international M&A experience and has worked with complex syndicates of private equity houses, has an aligned vision with the investors to expand the business internationally, branching out into new markets. They are looking for an individual who will improve the function and business capability in line with global expansion via FX, Hedging and Cash Pooling, and also input into the business’s financial strategy throughout the next phase of intense growth.
Ideally, you’ll have a track record in:
- Industrials experience
- Working in a leveraged environment
- Setting up a Treasury function
- Expansion into new markets
