Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Specialist to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in private equity (PE)-backed businesses and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This role is a critical part of our FP&A team, focusing on complex reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the FP&A team to manage and deliver high-quality financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Navigate and resolve complex financial issues in a rapidly evolving business environment.
- Provide insightful analysis to support decision-making processes and drive business performance.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various departments to ensure financial alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in an FP&A role within PE-backed businesses is essential.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Environment: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with rapidly changing priorities.
- Availability: Must be immediately available or able to start within one month.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary within the range of £90,000 – £100,000 per annum.
- Fixed-term contract of 6-12 months with the potential for further opportunities.
- Flexible working arrangements with 2 days a week in either Hertfordshire or the Midlands.
