We are embarking on an exciting journey to transform our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function and are seeking a dynamic Interim Head of FP&A to lead this crucial initiative. 

Role Overview: 

As the Interim Head of FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in reinventing our FP&A function. This role requires not only a deep understanding of FP&A tools but also a strategic mindset to drive the implementation of advanced analytical and planning solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • FP&A Transformation: Lead the overhaul of the FP&A function to enhance financial planning and strategic analysis capabilities. 
  • Tool Implementation: Spearhead the implementation of Power BI and other FP&A planning tools such as Vena, TM1, or Anaplan to streamline processes and improve data-driven decision-making. 
  • Financial Modelling: Redesign and optimize the company’s business plan and tri-statement model, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the CFO and other key stakeholders to understand and meet their analytical and reporting needs. 
  • Best Practices: Develop and instill best practices for FP&A processes, reporting, and analysis within the organization. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • FP&A Expertise: Proven experience in leading and transforming FP&A functions within financial services, particularly in asset management or payments sectors. 
  • Financial Services Experience is essential. 
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with FP&A tools such as Vena, TM1, Anaplan, and a deep understanding of Power BI for data visualization and analytics. 
  • Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategic financial models and business plans. 
  • Change Management: Experience in managing and driving change within complex financial environments.
