The Role:
As the Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for delivering strategic financial insights, driving operational efficiency, and supporting decision-making across the business. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the FP&A function and work closely with stakeholders to provide detailed analysis, robust forecasting, and actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the FP&A function, delivering detailed budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Provide insightful analysis of financial and operational performance, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, including the CFO and private equity investors, to support strategic decision-making.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, including Board-level presentations.
- Oversee the implementation and optimisation of FP&A systems and tools.
- Support M&A activity, including due diligence and integration planning.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Ideal Candidate:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with significant FP&A experience in a private equity-backed environment.
- Strong background in the hospitality, restaurant, or multisite sectors.
- Exceptional financial modelling, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
- Experience in M&A and business transformation projects is highly desirable.
- Commercially astute, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
