Finatal is working with a private equity house that have recently carved-out an asset from a corporate and are looking to merge it with an existing portfolio company, combined £1bn revenue. They are looking for an Interim HR Integration Lead to bring together the 2 businesses from a people perspective. You will embed a new target operating model for the HR function, implement the best HR policies of both businesses, perform extensive review of compensation and retention strategy as well as organise design implementation starting off with support functions and then operational functions. You’ll have a track record in PE backed businesses, integrating HR function post-merger, implementing target operating models and organisational design implementation as well as successfully navigating TSA’s. London based with some travel.
