Finatal is working an international private equity house that needs an Interim Integration Manager to assist with a scaling portco that has recently completed a number of acquisitions as it looks to execute a buy and build startegy. You will be responsible for execution of the PMI, working closely with the transformation team to produce decks, templates and overall project management, coordinating across all workstreams and functions. The long term strategy of the business is to continue the M&A strategy so a strong integration plan is crucial.
Ideally, you’ll have a track record in:
- Hands-on execution of integration projects
- Identifying synergies across acquired businesses
- Project management
- Private equity experience
