The firm focuses on lower mid-market opportunities and works with a select portfolio of high-potential businesses, enabling close collaboration with management teams and hands-on involvement across each phase of the investment lifecycle.
The team is actively deploying capital across fragmented, high-growth verticals such as software, B2B services, and marketing. Their distinctive approach combines rigorous M&A execution with strategic transformation — including digitalisation, systems improvement, and commercial optimisation.
This is a high-impact, multi-faceted role supporting both investment execution and post-deal operational delivery:
- Lead transaction processes: From sourcing through execution, including due diligence, financial modelling, IC/IM preparation, and deal structuring.
- Accelerate portfolio value creation: Delivering 100-day plans, identifying EBITDA levers, supporting integrations, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Scale strategic platforms: Support active buy & build strategies – e.g., helping grow a regional services platform from €20M to €40M revenue through bolt-ons and operational alignment.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership: Working directly with fund Partners and Founders across live investments and pipeline deals.
Key requirements:
- Track record in Private Equity, M&A Investment Banking, or Strategy Consulting
- Strong operational acumen, commercial instincts, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Fluent French
