Interim IT Manager

Overview:

Finatal is seeking an experienced Interim IT Manager to join a private equity-backed information services company post-carve-out. This role is pivotal in helping the CTO establish a robust IT function that supports the growth and operational efficiency of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Function Setup: Work closely with the CTO to set up a new IT function, ensuring it aligns with business goals and industry best practices.
• Helpdesk Management: Develop and oversee a responsive and efficient IT helpdesk, managing ticketing, issue resolution, and customer service excellence.
• 365 Support: Provide support and management of Microsoft 365, ensuring smooth integration, updates, and user support across the organization.
• General IT Support: Oversee general IT support operations, including hardware and software management, network maintenance, and cybersecurity.
• Strategic Input: Provide strategic insights and recommendations for future IT initiatives, policies, and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT management roles, particularly in a carve-out or transition environment.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, helpdesk management, and general IT support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• London-based with the ability to work in a hybrid setup.
