We’re looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join a private equity–backed business on an interim (4–6 month) contract. This role is ideal for a seasoned in-house lawyer with a strong background in the telecoms or altnet sector, who can operate independently and deliver immediate impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage commercial negotiations with minimal supervision
- Oversee and execute financing transactions and restructuring initiatives
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment
What we’re looking for:
- Significant in-house legal experience, ideally within telecoms/altnet or related industries
- Proven ability to manage complex commercial and financial transactions
- Confident, pragmatic approach and strong communication skills
