Join a PE-backed software business on a European buy & build journey, where integration is at the heart of value creation.

This is a high-impact interim role owning the end-to-end integration of newly acquired software businesses within the DACH region, from pre-deal planning through to execution, synergy delivery, and operational development.

What you’ll do

  • Drive delivery across all workstreams (GTM, product & tech, finance, HR, ops, systems)
  • Own synergy tracking (revenue growth, cross-sell, cost efficiencies, cloud migration)
  • Chair steercos, manage stakeholders, and report to senior leadership & investors
  • Align acquisitions to a cloud- and AI-first platform strategy
  • Ensure customer outcomes remain front and centre throughout integration
  • Embed scalable processes, systems harmonisation, and best practices

What we’re looking for

  • 7+ years in integration, transformation, or value creation
  • Software/tech experience a “nice to have” and not essential
  • Proven track record in integrations

  • Credible operator with C-suite, investors, and founders across geographies
  • Structured, hands-on, and able to run multiple integrations in parallel
