Finatal is working with a highly acquisitive, private equity backed business looking for immediately available transaction services candidates to come in and support the M&A director with current deal flow.
Responsibilities:
- This will be a full cycle position, supporting an M&A director with full cycle responsibilities including modelling (P&L), due diligence, vendor management, and liaising directing the private equity firm.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, legal advisors, financial institutions, and external consultants, and ensure deadlines and KPIs are met.
Requirements:
- Prior interim/contractor experienceÂ
- ACA/CA qualification
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
