The Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a robust and experienced Head of Payroll to lead a team of 17 and streamline their payroll process in preparation for a system transformation next year. This is a key role for someone who is extremely confident in managing a large payroll (10,000+ employees) and handling complex commission structures.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage a team of 17 payroll staff

· Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for over 10,000 employees

· Handle complex commission structures and other payroll intricacies

· Work closely with the team to prepare for an upcoming payroll system transformation

About You:

· Proven experience in managing large payrolls (10,000+ employees)

· Strong understanding of complex commission structures

· Exceptional leadership and team management skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
