A midmarket US PE fund is looking for an experienced operator across the Tech / SAAS / Gaming sector to work on projects for of one of their assets for 6 months. They require someone who has gravitas and can work alongside a CEO and the investors as this business is highly acquisitive.
This business t/o is circa £150ml and has healthy EBITDA of £18ml.
Role:
- Act as a lead and a sounding board to the investors on new acquisitions and pipeline offering them advice on whether some of the pipeline of acquisitions are worth acquiring or not
- Support the CFO with integrations of these businesses
- Oversight of the team of 20 people and helping develop them
- Look at working capital as a project and help the business understand where it stands
- Look at the systems and whether there is a way to help enhance automation and getting the best from them
Experience:
- Experience of leading an exit or sale process
- Understanding what good looks like
- Experience of M&A activity
