The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interim Senior FP&A Manager to join a high-growth, Private Equity-backed technology business headquartered in London. This dynamic organisation, with a £1000m turnover and operations in multiple regions, is on a strong growth trajectory and preparing for a successful exit in the next 2-3 years.
The Role
As Interim Senior FP&A Manager, reporting directly to the CFO, you will partner with senior leadership to drive data-led decision-making and support the business’s financial strategy.
- Provide financial analysis and scenario modelling to support decision-making.
- Manage the P&L, with a focus on cash flow and balance sheet analysis.
- Work closely with regional finance teams to ensure alignment across markets.
- Assist in preparing for Private Equity exit strategies.
The Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Experience in a high-growth international business, preferably in tech or SaaS
- Strong FP&A skills with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Commercially astute, with strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
- Hands-on approach, with a focus on detail and performance in a fast-paced environment
