Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and support multiple transformation projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
· Act as a trusted business partner, collaborating with stakeholders across various functions to provide actionable financial insights and drive decision-making.
· Help to upskill and develop the existing FP&A team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
· Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
· Support the integration of financial processes and reporting between the acquired and parent company systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
· Proven experience in an FP&A or financial management role within a complex, fast-paced organization; exposure to private equity or listed environments is advantageous.
· Strong track record of leading or supporting transformation projects, including system changes and integrations.
· Exceptional business partnering skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
· Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams, driving improvements in processes and team performance.
· Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with experience in system implementations or enhancements.
