Finatal is working with a large cap Private Equity fund who own a €1bn t/o business that are looking for M&A support. We need a hands on M&A consultant to support a portfolio CFO who are looking to exit in the next year. The primary objective is to support the CFO, build the data room, VDD as well as FDD, liaise with external advisors and running projects for the SLT around the exit. This role involves close work with the fund and CFO extracting data from systems and producing financial models and aiding advisors on all financial questions. The role is based in Spain and will involve occasional travel. You’ll have experience working in private equity backed businesses that are looking to exit, transaction services and large deal exposure.
