We are looking for an Interim Transformation Director to support a PE-backed tech-enabled B2B business through a critical growth phase. You will work directly with the CEO to drive M&A activity, integrate acquisitions, and develop strategies for new business avenues, ensuring the business maximizes value from both organic and inorganic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead M&A projects: develop and implement the business’s buy and build model
- Develop and implement strategies to drive new revenue streams and optimise existing business models
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives
- Align senior stakeholders across functions to deliver growth initiatives efficiently
- Track KPIs and outcomes, ensuring value creation from both acquisitions and operational improvements
- Integrate previous acquisitions into the group
Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in PE-backed businesses, M&A, integration, or corporate development
- Background in consulting or operational transformation with a focus on execution
- Proven ability to structure and deliver strategic growth initiatives
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and influencing senior executives
