Finatal is excited to partner with a leading company within the hospitality industry, seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Project Systems Consultant to support the post-implementation phase of their financial planning and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve post-implementation issues, ensuring the system is fully optimized and aligned with business objectives
- Enhance the system from both a management and analysis perspective to drive efficiency and strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to refine and improve existing workflows and configurations
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to enhance reporting capabilities and overall system performance
- Deliver ongoing training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization
- Monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and ensure data accuracy
- Document system processes and updates to support compliance and knowledge transfer
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning in a post-implementation support capacity
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Experience within the hospitality industry is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
