The role
- Working end-to-end on deals, supporting more senior members of the team.
- Sourcing and assessing new deals.
- Due diligence and structuring deals.
- Portfolio support.
The requirements
- One to three years in investment banking/leveraged finance, consulting or accounting (Transaction Services or Corporate Finance) or one to three years in VC/PE.
- Excellent academic background.
- Strong, demonstrable interest in tech.
- Strong preference for extra European language(s).
