The Opportunity
Finatal is partnered with a world-renowned private equity firm who are looking to add a junior investor to their world-class team. Your primary focus will be on evaluating and executing deals in line with their broad mandate. This is an unparalleled opportunity for a driven, articulate individual to move into an established investing platform.
The Role
- You will be involved on deals end-to-end. This will include origination, due diligence/evaluation, execution and some exposure to portfolio monitoring.
- You will participate in various kinds of financial analysis (including modelling) an due diligence assessments.
- You will also have the opportunity to work closely with top senior investors produce IMs, review documents etc.
- You will work closely with the rest of the deal team to identify, screen, evaluate and make recommendations on potential investments.
The Requirements
- 2 years investing banking experience.
- An exceptional academic track record.
- Strong modelling skills and a developed commercial acumen.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ambitious, adaptable mindset.
- Fluency in Mandarin highly preferred.
