The Role
- Work across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing to execution, focusing on growth-oriented companies in the services and technology sectors.
- Contribute to origination efforts, identifying promising investment opportunities.
- Lead key elements of due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and strategic evaluation.
- Build and refine complex financial models, prepare investment memos, and support investment committee discussions.
- Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to implement growth strategies and value creation initiatives.
The Requirements
- Experience in private equity, growth equity, or a related investing role with strong exposure to the U.S. market.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, paired with a strong commercial mindset.
- A proactive, adaptable, and entrepreneurial approach to work, with the ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
