Ideal Candidate:
· 3-7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field, with a focus on mid-market investments.
· Strong financial modeling, analytical and valuation skills, with a solid understanding of investment structuring.
· Ability to critically evaluate business models, management teams, market potential, and exit strategies.
· A strong academic background with an MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
· Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to empathize and build rapport with clients.
