Our client, a growing international manufacturing company focused on sustainable packaging solutions, is looking for a motivated professional with a strong controlling background.
Your responsibilities:
- Functional and/or disciplinary leadership of the controlling team
- Analysis and management of key financial and operational metrics
- Development and optimization of controlling structures and tools
- Close collaboration with production, sales, and senior management
- Contribution to strategic projects & digital transformation
Your profile:
- Experience in cost, sales, or production controlling and ready to take the next step – possibly into your first leadership role.
- Several years of experience in controlling (cost, sales, or production)
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Infor)
- Analytical mindset, business-oriented, strong communicator
- First leadership experience? Great – but not a must!
