Finatal is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Data Analyst who excels at transforming complex datasets into actionable insights to drive key business decisions. In this role, you will partner with teams across Marketing, Finance, and Growth to develop strategies informed by data, enabling us to meet and exceed company-wide performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyse core metrics related to customer acquisition, retention, and revenue, identifying areas for improvement to drive cost savings and elevate customer satisfaction.
· Use dbt to create and maintain sophisticated data models that provide clear visibility into company performance and KPIs.
· Partner with Marketing, Growth, and Finance to deliver insights that are not only accessible but actionable, supporting strategic decision-making across the company.
· Translate complex data analyses into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring insights lead to informed decisions.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years in a data-centric role, preferably in fast-paced industries like e-commerce or retail.
· Advanced SQL Expertise, and knowledge of Python or R.
· Experience working with dbt, and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
