Finatal is currently partnered with a leading Online Real Estate Platform that recently gained Private Equity backing from a Mid-Market PE Firm – they are now looking for a strategic and commercially focused Analytics Lead to identify drivers and bottlenecks across the business facilitating further growth. You will be pivotal in determining what drives success, what requires refinement, and what strategies will support their growth and scale.
You’ll leverage the groundwork laid by a recent consultancy initiative, including data warehousing, data cleansing, and integration. With a strong Power BI team already delivering management information your focus will be problem solving and driving actionable insights to optimise strategy and partner performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the executive team to influence high-level decision-making, ensuring data insights are central to partner and sales strategies.
- Partner closely with the Power BI team to amplify their output, creating actionable insights that inform key business decisions.
- Use strong technical ability to manipulate large data sets to enhance sales strategy presenting to key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Work closely with multiple business areas to understand business challenges and identify approaches to provide actionable insights.
- Evaluate, prioritise, and spearhead initiatives to enhance data usage and expand our analytics capabilities across the organisation.
- Build relationships across departments to champion data-driven decisions and help identify what works well and what doesn’t.
Requirements:
- Strong track record in a Lead or Senior insights and Analytics position or relevant field.
- Strong commercial acumen with an analytical mindset, able to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining an architecture e.g., Azure, SQL, and reporting solutions such as Power BI or Tableau and relational databases (e.g. Fabric or Microsoft SQL Server) and data management is essential.
- Experience working with executive teams to influence high-level strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive cultural change in data utilisation.
