Role Overview:

As the Lead Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping our product strategy and executing the vision for our marketplace. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to create user-centric solutions that drive growth and elevate the travel experience for our global customer base. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on product management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap for our marketplace platform, aligning product goals with company objectives and customer needs.
  • User-Centric Design: Collaborate with design and UX teams to ensure a seamless, engaging, and intuitive user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, data, and operations teams to prioritize features, define requirements, and ensure successful product launches.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use quantitative and qualitative data to guide product decisions, optimize the user journey, and improve overall platform performance.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and user feedback to ensure the product is innovative, relevant, and differentiated.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, helping them grow their skills and achieve team and company goals.
  • Scalable Growth: Focus on building products that scale effectively across multiple markets and regions, ensuring long-term business success.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful products in a product-led, marketplace, or travel-related business.
  • Strong experience in agile development methodologies and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of the travel industry, including key trends, customer pain points, and the competitive landscape.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams around a shared vision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with A/B testing, user research, and other techniques for gathering customer insights.
