Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including financial analysis, due diligence, and deal structuring.
  • Conduct market research, financial modelling, and valuation analysis for tech-enabled businesses within the software and technology sectors.
  • Prepare presentations, investment memorandums, and other transaction-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including partners and clients, to provide strategic insights and transaction support.
  • Manage multiple workstreams within the deal process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of outputs.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience working on M&A transactions, with a strong focus on software and technology deals.
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical, and valuation skills.
