Finatal is partnering with a highly acquisitive, private equity-backed, TMT company seeking a junior investment banker with 2-5 years to help with the sale of their business and remain on board to continue executing their aggressive buy and build strategy
Responsibilities:
- Support the head of M&A in both buy and sell-side projects, contributing to all aspects of the deal cycle.
- Develop and review financial models, draft term sheets, and prepare letters of intent to ensure thorough and strategically aligned documentation.
- Coordinate with advisors by reviewing reports, addressing issues, and managing timelines to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Stay on post-sale to execute and drive the buy-and-build strategy.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years in investment banking.
- TMT Experience
- Fluent in German, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for the role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients and advisors.
