The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with a fast growing PE backed IT services company with locations throughout Germany. The firm is looking to build out their M&A capabilities, by hiring an ambitious and passionate M&A manager to lead the end-to-end M&A strategy with direct support from the CFO.
The Role:
- Great level of exposure by working a very hands on role, with the opportunity to grow and take responsibility for the entire M&A process from origination to execution and some PMI.
- Excellent pay as well as the opportunity to progress into more senior roles
- End-to-end deal exposure.
- This is a key position in the company’s expansion strategy and offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of the business as it scales.
The requirements:
- Coming from corporate M&A background with end to end deal experience
- M&A Manager with 3-4 years of experience, exhibiting a strong track record of executing on deals
- Tech/ IT services industry experience is a bonus, but not required
- Highly driven and passionate to work in tech space and make an impact by shaping the future expansion strategy of the firm through their M&A function
- The ability to work and manage M&A processes independently
- Experience in deal origination, helping to build out a pipeline
- Ambitious, adaptable, growth mind-set.
- Strong communicator, managing coordination with management and the board
- Fluency in German is a must.
