Finatal are partnered with PE-backed Healthcare business who are searching for a Management Accountant for a 6 month contract based in the NW. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for the accuracy of the management accounts and providing detailed commercial analysis to support operational decision-making.
Core Responsibilities
- Monthly Management Accounts:Â Full ownership of the month-end process, including accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Commercial Analysis:Â Detailed variance analysis and reporting on KPIs specific to healthcare delivery.
- FP&A:Â Supporting the quarterly forecasting and assisting with the annual budgeting cycle.
- Stakeholder Management:Â Liaising with clinical and operational leads to monitor spend and financial performance.
- Audit & Compliance:Â Ensuring all financial records meet statutory healthcare regulations and assisting with interim audit queries.
Candidate Profile
- Qualifications:Â Fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA).
- Experience:Â Proven track record in a management accounting role, ideally within healthcare or highly regulated environment.
