The Opportunity

  • A leading global organisation in the manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team at their Wiesbaden production site.
  • This is a key role where you will serve as the bridge between finance and production, ensuring production activities are financially viable and cost-effective.
  • You will lead a multi-site team, collaborating across various global production locations to ensure standardised production controlling and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.

The Role

  • Lead and manage a team of 6 finance business partners across multiple production sites.
  • Ensure accurate and realistic budgets and forecasts for production activities.
  • Analyse production costs (raw materials, labour, overheads) and manage cost control efforts.
  • Provide insights into inefficiencies and areas for cost reduction while monitoring production activities globally.
  • Work closely with the production team and other stakeholders to deliver financial strategy that supports operational success.

The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • At least 5 years of experience in production management, supply chain, or a related field, with leadership or cross-functional roles preferred.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in production cost tracking and variance analysis.
  • Fluent in both English and German, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
