Finatal is partnering with a fast-growing, Private Equity-backed business services group executing an international buy-and-build strategy. We’re seeking a dynamic Managing Director to lead a key German business unit with revenues of €15M and growing 20% YoY.
Core Mandate:
- Transformation: Drive significant change to instill a high-performance culture at all organisational levels.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and rectify operational inefficiencies by establishing key metrics and KPIs, and implement a professional management structure to enhance visibility across departments.
- Strategy: Partner in reshaping the strategic roadmap with a focus on both organic growth and M&A opportunities, reinvigorating growth strategies for long-term profitability.
- Leadership: Build positive and constructive relationships with employees, clients, and shareholders.
The Group is on course to grow to €1.5bn turnover within the next five years. This is an exceptional opportunity to take full ownership of a business unit within the flagship asset of a leading international private equity firm.
