We are working with a highly regarded European investment manager with expertise across Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure, and Real Estate, seeking an Associate Director to originate and execute private credit transactions in real estate property finance and wholesale lending. This client-facing role focuses on building relationships, sourcing opportunities, and structuring lower mid-market deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and structure senior secured lending transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, sponsors, and intermediaries.
- Lead financial analysis, credit review, and due diligence.
- Manage deal execution, approvals, and documentation.
- Monitor market trends to identify new lending opportunities.
Experience & Skills:
- 5–12 years in private credit, real estate finance, or wholesale lending.
- Proven track record in origination and execution in the lower mid-market.
- UK/Ireland real estate and wholesale finance experience advantageous.
