A lower midmarket PE fund who does deal by deal are seeking a Private Equity Chair for one of their new assets. The successful candidate will have experience from a Professional Services background important due to the people-centric nature of the business plan and integration.
The ideal candidate would have an extensive background in professional services, M&A/Integration and be comfortable with being quite hands on as this is a £10ml t/o business looking to scale to about £40-£50ml in the next 3-5 years before a potential exit.
Someone who is new to exec world or who has a few years under their belt.
Role:
- Extensive PE experience, ideally operating as a CEO previously who has led on M&A / Integration.
- Comfortable with being hands on and worked closely with the investors and senior leadership team on helping with direction and advice.
- Ability to be a sounding board to the business and offer support as and when is needed.
The successful candidate would need to have experience of leading both organic and inorganic growth.
