The Opportunity:
Finatal is partnering with a European Private Equity business to find a CFO with a track record in buy-and-builds. This is a multi-site healthcare business, based in London, with a view to acquiring bolt-on businesses over the coming cycle.
The Role:
- Prepare the business for a full PE buy and build cycle
- Support investors and leadership with the creation and execution of a buy and build strategy
- Manage the operational finance team, with oversight of all systems and processes
- Work with the Board and PE Investors to set short, medium, and long-term financial strategy
Requirements:
- Track record as a CFO in private capital backed businesses
- Experience of at least one successful PE buy and build strategy
- Good understanding of multi site business, ideally but not necessarily in healthcare or tangential
- Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
