Finatal is leading the search for a CFO to join a growth driven software services provider that has recently been invested in by a reputable Mid-Market Private Equity firm. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the business through a rapid buy-and-build growth process; there are 2-3 acquisitions already in pipeline and the goal is to add another 1-2 deals before EOY. Currently business is operating at c. £5m revenue and c. £2m EBITDA, with ambitions to quadruple in size over the next 3-5 years, working towards an eventual exit. We are searching for a highly dynamic, and rigorous CFO to drive this business through next phase of growth under Private Equity ownership.
What we look for:
· Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
· Worked alongside PE in a growth setting
· Professionalisation of finance function
· Sectors: technology / software / SaaS
· M&A / integration
