The opportunity: Finatal is partnered with a reputable mid-market Private Equity organisation and leading the search for a Chief Financial Officer to join a growing B2B services business. The business is heavily focussed on a strategic upwards trajectory – mix of organic and inorganic growth – to drive on the next phase of growth. With their market leading software technology and customer base spanning over 100 countries, they are working on an aggressive buy-and-build growth journey, driving the business towards an eventual exit, c. 2.5 years from now. They have recently brought in a new, highly dynamic CEO to steer the business and spearhead the next phase; they have ambitions to bring on a highly knowledgeable CFO to add value and lead the commercial/strategic direction of the business.
The requirements:
- Experience in a Private Equity backed business
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Led on 1/2 successful exits (e.g. secondary buyouts/sale to trade)
- Sector: B2B Software Services
- Strong leadership skills
