Key Responsibilities

· Provide expert technical guidance during pre-sales processes, explaining the capabilities, advantages, and technical specifications of our digital banking solutions.

· Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, demonstrating how our solutions align with their business and technology goals.

· Collaborate with clients, product management, and sales teams to design customized solution concepts as a foundation for sales proposals.

· Ensure alignment of solution concepts with industry standards, client needs, and our digital banking product roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience

· Strong background in the financial services or banking industry, with proven experience in digital banking or fintech solutions.

· Proficiency in both German and English, as client engagement often requires both languages.

· Skilled in creating tailored solution concepts that meet specific client requirements in the digital banking space.

· Excellent communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Strong ability to adapt to client needs, tailoring solutions to meet evolving financial services requirements.
