Principal/Director, Impact Growth Fund

The Opportunity

Finatal is partnered with an exceptional impact fund that focus on making minority investments into high-growth impact-focused companies internationally. They are looking for an experienced growth equity investor to join their phenomenal team – prior experience in impact investing specifically is not required. Though this is very much an established platform, they want to add a new senior individual to help them push through the next stage of their own growth journey.

The Role

• You will be leading on deals and will be involved across all aspects of the transaction process, with a particular focus on origination. 
• You will work closely with the senior members of the team and contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the fund. 
• You will work closely with more junior members of the team, overseeing their work and assisting with their own professional development. 

The Requirements

• 8+ years of investing experience in either a growth equity or private equity fund. 
• Strong deal track record. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Ambitious, adaptable mindset. 
• Fluency in a European language preferred but not essential.
