Finatal is working with a leading global private markets investor seeking to hire an experienced individual into its Private Wealth Investor Relations team. This is a highly attractive opportunity to join a close-knit, high-performing group within a blue-chip platform, offering broad exposure across a diverse range of private market strategies and products tailored to private wealth clients globally.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting all aspects of fundraising project management across private wealth channels, including preparation of due diligence materials and client communications
- Driving the creation of high-quality marketing presentations, pitch materials, and fund documentation
- Working closely with the Head of the team, overseeing and mentoring junior team members
- Conducting market analysis and investor research to support fundraising strategy
- Supporting new product development and launches targeted at private wealth clients
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of investor meetings, roadshows, and client events
- Responding to investor queries and bespoke data requests in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting ongoing fundraising processes, including valuation materials, AGMs, LP communications, and reporting requirements
- Building strong relationships with internal investment teams and ensuring alignment with the broader capital raising strategy
- Maintaining and updating investor records, tracking fundraising progress, and supporting CRM processes
- Partnering with senior relationship managers to deliver a best-in-class client experience
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ relevant experience, ideally within private wealth, investor relations, or fundraising roles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skillset
- Advanced Excel skills; modelling experience advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PowerPoint and Word capabilities, with experience producing high-quality client materials
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under tight deadlines
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and external investors
- Background in an investment bank analyst programme or similar highly regarded
