Finatal is currently working with a professional services business in the regulation space, they are going through rapid growth after Private Equity investment from a UK lower mid-market fund in 2022. They are now looking to transform the business from project to product focused. This is a newly created role heading up product management working closely with c-suite and cross-functionally with multiple technical and non-technical teams. This will enable you to define key business products ensuring the platform value is clearly communicated both internally and externally.

Role:

  • In this role you will have the opportunity to drive the transformation of the business, leading the shift from a project-based to a product-focused business model, playing a pivotal role in transforming the company’s service offerings into well-defined, scalable products.
  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to execution and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technology, to ensure the platform’s value is clearly communicated both internally and externally.
  • Track and analyse product performance using KPIs, making data-driven decisions to optimize the product and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, maintenance, and sunset of products.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading or being part of a significant business transformation, particularly from a service-driven to a product-focused environment.
  • Experience in product management or a transitioning product owner role, with a focus on developing and managing SaaS products.
  • An understanding of a regulated industry with the ability to manage compliance-driven communication platforms is a benefit.
  • This is a flexible working model with option to go to the office from once a month to three times a week.
