Key Responsibilities:
● Take ownership of financial modelling, due diligence, and investment presentations, contributing to high-stakes transactions.
● Shape strategic initiatives across portfolio companies, with a focus on growth, cost optimisation, and enhancing operational performance.
● Proactively manage risks, working with asset managers to ensure portfolio resilience and long-term value.
● Stay informed about market trends and sector innovations to identify emerging opportunities in infrastructure.
● Build client relationships by delivering insightful performance updates and tailored presentations.
● Lead and mentor junior analysts, collaborating with legal, compliance, and asset management teams to achieve shared goals.
Qualifications:
● Demonstrated track record with at least three due diligence projects in the past two years, with a focus on top-line analysis and growth assessment.
● Substantial experience in investment or private equity, with a deep knowledge of deal dynamics, financial structuring, and value creation.
● Strong consulting experience, ideally in strategy or operational improvement, with an analytical and strategic mindset.
● Hands-on operational expertise within infrastructure, with a proven ability to drive efficiencies, implement strategies, and support portfolio growth.
● Proficiency in additional languages, enabling effective communication and analysis in international markets.
