The firm is at an exciting stage of growth, particularly in private wealth offerings, and is expanding its team to support this strategic focus. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the scaling of its private wealth assets in a high-growth environment.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join the Private Wealth group within the Client & Product Solutions team based in London. The role focuses on the fundraising of evergreen private market fund offerings across the firm’s investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participating in all aspects of evergreen fundraising project management.
  • Supporting the team in refining the private wealth strategy, processes, and infrastructure.
  • Preparing high-quality marketing presentations and fund documentation.
  • Managing due diligence processes, coordinating with internal teams, and responding to investor-specific requests.
  • Conducting market analysis and research.
  • Updating investor information and monitoring ongoing fundraising efforts.
  • Managing senior stakeholder updates and communication.
  • Contributing to broader capital-raising and business development initiatives.
  • Potential to take on line management responsibilities in the near future.

Requirements

  • Background in a leading financial institution, preferably with private market fundraising or private wealth expertise.
  • Excellent academic credentials from a world-class institution.
  • Proficiency in Excel; modeling skills are preferred.
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and learning capabilities.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to craft high-quality presentations and materials, delivering key messages effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong work ethic, customer-focused approach, and ability to excel in small teams or independently.
  • Experience working under pressure with senior personnel.
