We are partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed dental group. As a result of continued expansion and increasing group complexity, they are hiring a Senior Finance Business Partner to play a central role in financial leadership, supporting senior stakeholders, driving financial insight, and strengthening reporting, forecasting, and control. This is a high-impact role with serious exposure to senior leadership and the CFO, offering significant development and exit experience for an ambitious finance professional.

Responsibilities:

Business Partnering

  • Act as the key finance partner to the regional leadership team, covering all aspects of financial reporting, analysis, and performance management.
  • Support regional and group senior management (CEO, CFO, COO, MDs, CROs) with high-quality insight, commentary, and decision support.
  • Provide commercial challenge, helping leaders understand performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships across finance, operations, sales, and group functions, ensuring a fully integrated approach.
  • Work closely with teams across multiple countries and cultures, collaborating daily with international stakeholders.

Financial Insight, Reporting & Group Consolidation

  • Own regional month-end delivery, including P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow reporting.
  • Deliver high-quality management packs with clear narrative, highlighting trends, variances, and key risks.
  • Own regional KPI reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
  • Play a key role in group consolidation, working across complex multi-entity structures, including overseas subsidiaries.
  • Ensure financial integrity across all systems, including reconciliations, controls, and data governance.
  • Support bank reporting and lender compliance, critical in a PE-backed, leveraged environment.

Strategic Planning & Commercial Support

  • Lead and support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including revenue, gross profit, and cost planning.
  • Monitor performance vs budget and forecast, identifying risks and supporting mitigation plans.
  • Support acquisition integration, including post-deal financial integration, balance sheet review, and budget alignment.
  • Partner with FP&A to improve forward-looking planning, forecasting accuracy, and commercial insight.
  • Contribute to group-wide projects, including system improvements, process optimisation, and exit readiness.

About You

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or equivalent.
  • Strong multi-site experience business partnering – bonus if in a PE-backed environment.
  • Strong technical grounding, ideally from audit or group finance environments.
  • Experience working with group structures.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, PE-backed, acquisitive environments.
  • Strong consolidation, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Commercial mindset, not just technical – understands what drives performance.
  • Confident communicator, able to work closely with senior stakeholders and challenge where needed.
  • Curious, proactive, and ambitious, with a strong work ethic and desire to progress quickly.
