Operating across 60+ countries, the company is transforming its financial processes and commercial capabilities to drive efficiency, profitability, and strategic expansion.
We are seeking a commercial Business Partner to play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, accelerating revenue growth, and embedding financial intelligence across commercial and product functions. Partnering closely with the CRO, CMO, and CPO, you will build a high-impact business partnering model, refine FP&A, and provide strategic insights that drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnering: Integrate advanced financial analytics into sales and marketing performance, refine pricing and discounting strategies, and establish a best-in-class business partnering framework to maximise commercial impact.
- Accelerate growth and support market expansion: Leverage financial intelligence and data-driven insights to identify high-yield opportunities, optimise go-to-market strategies, and drive scalable revenue expansion across new and existing markets.
- Finance Transformation: Elevate FP&A capabilities by enhancing forecasting accuracy, automating financial insights, and embedding strategic financial intelligence into decision-making to drive efficiency and growth.
- Commercial narrative: Develop compelling, data-backed financial storytelling to influence board-level investors, shape strategic M&A initiatives, various integrations, and position Basware for a high-value exit.
We are seeking a strategic and influential leader with the gravitas to engage stakeholders, the agility to navigate a fast-changing SaaS landscape, and a hands-on approach. Resilient and driven, comfortable navigating complexity and legacy processes.
This high-exposure role requires experience in top-tier finance firms (Big 4, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, or Management Consulting), with Private Equity exposure preferred and SaaS experience essential.
