The Role
Reporting directly to an established CFO, the Senior FP&A Manager will be a key strategic partner to the C-Suite (CEO, CIO, CTO, CMO) and regional senior finance leaders. This is a high-impact role, requiring a commercial and analytically minded finance professional to drive data-led decision-making and shape the financial strategy of the business.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes, ensuring robust financial planning across the business.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis and scenario modelling to support commercial decision-making.
- Own and manage the P&L, while expanding focus on cash flow and balance sheet analysis to deepen financial insight.
- Partner closely with regional finance teams to ensure financial alignment across international markets.
- Drive improvements in reporting, month-end processes, and financial controls, working closely with the Financial Controller and reporting team.
- Support the CFO and leadership team in preparing for Private Equity exit strategies.
The Requirements
- Professional finance qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth international business
- Experience in a technology, SaaS, software, tech-enabled, or EdTech environment would be highly advantageous.
- Strong core FP&A skills with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Commercially astute with a data-driven mindset, able to answer the what, why, how, and when behind financial performance.
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, challenging and influencing decision-making at the highest level.
- Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail, capable of working in a PE-backed, high-growth setting.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, international environment, balancing strategic and operational finance priorities.
- Willingness to be office-based 4 days per week, with occasional travel.
