Key Responsibilities
- Lead FP&A activity across multiple operational sites
- Own and manage regional budgets across international markets (EMEA, APAC, Americas)
- Drive performance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Support integration and performance tracking of newly acquired businesses
- Play a key role in the rollout and optimisation of standard costing
- Partner closely with operations to improve cost control and margin visibility
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership
Key Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) – essential
- Strong FP&A experience within a manufacturing environment – essential
- Solid understanding of standard costing methodologies
- Proven ability to operate in high-pressure, delivery-focused roles
- Experience working across multi-site, international operations
- Highly resilient, dependable, and able to manage significant workload
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
