The Role
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing our digital customer platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, delivering scalable, user-friendly, and high-performance applications. This role combines technical expertise with a focus on customer-centric solutions and innovation.
Your Responsibilities
• Build and maintain high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Develop new features and improve existing functionality to enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and mentor junior developers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends and technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong expertise in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in modern frontend tools and frameworks (e.g., Webpack, Babel, ESLint).
• Experience working in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL.
• A solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
